On April 4th, an event honoring the late Roy Scheider was hosted by his wife Brenda Siemer Scheider and Joshua Newton, British writer-director of Iron Cross, Roy’s last film. The event was held at the Beverly Hills Hotel, and was attended by the stars of Iron Cross, as well as Roy’s children and some of his friends, including Richard Dreyfuss.

The Cast and Crew of JAWS Did a SUPERB Job, and Robert Shaw and Roy Shieder are DEFINITLY a MONUMENT To This INCREDIBLY OUTSTANDING & EXCITING Motion Picture! Richard Dreyfuss, Lorene Gary, Steven Spielberg, Carl Gotlieb,and All The WONDERFUL People That Made JAWS…I SALUTE YOU! My Hats Off to Robert & Roy! God Bless You ALL!!
