An Old Family Friend

I've known Robert Chambers(Charlie in the pier scene)since I was a little boy. He was originally from Boston but moved to Cape Cod in 1973. That was until in 1974 when he was visiting Martha's Vineyard when they were making "Jaws" and one of the crew people walked up to him and asked him "If he'd like to make some money in a movie?" And he said "Yes". And he spent two weeks on the Vineyard doing the pier scene when the pier breaks apart and he swims away from the shark. He then became a part of the Screen Actors Guild in Boston. He was a really great friend to me until he passed away in 2001. And now I keep his spirit alive by rooting for him when the film comes on tv saying "Way to go Bob!" I still miss him. But I know he's watching over me.
