What are your favorite mistakes in bad Jaws rip-offs? Here's my TOP5:

1. Using torpedoes to kill sharks when people are nearby in the water - and defying the laws of physics, the humans manage to survive the explosion.

2. When using archive material for shark footage, choosing material that is shot in totally different weather confitions than the movie is supposed to be. Another version of this blunder is when the footage is shot very near to the surface, but the action in the movie is meant to be nowhere near it.

3. Shriking & expanding mini-subs. Small from the outside, big from the inside!

4. Amazing magic diving regulators - otherwise just like the normal ones, but they allow you to speak perfectly even when you have one in your mouth!

5. Growling sharks.

Bubbling under: wrong species of sharks in shark footage. The "tiger shark" in Deep Blue Sea deservs a special mention too.
