i think that having Hooper get killed would probably be my choice. this is tough to decide on, cause i really like the way the movie is. but i would get rid of the woman who owns the motel who says "are you going to close the beaches?". i find her role simply annoying, luckily, she only has a couple of lines. she comes off as a real snob.
