Ode to Anyone

Here I sit using my new netbook,
searching the internet taking a look.
Feeling depleted of wonderful sharks,
even a bad movie seems a good lark.
Stretching my maw, stifling a yawn,
I sit here waiting this just can’t go on.
Someone help me…please talk about sharks,
Bruce and JAWS leave many a mark.
Never forgotten, classic in form,
the fans are out there may their words be born.
Say something now, if only to critisize this poem,
let me know you’re out there and I’m not alone.

If it’s any encouragement, I just bought a top-of-the-line super 8 movie projector off ebay…the Elmo ST800. You see, I’ve had the Universal 8 JAWS 200ft. and 800ft. film digests for over 20 years and had to watch them on cheap, junky projectors up till now. So, I realize I’m finally going to do it right and treat myself! It was just what I needed! Although color has faded somewhat on the films, I still get a thrill from watching them.
