Jawsmovie.com founder Jake Gove started the original Discussion Board back in 1997, and since then it has become the premiere place on the internet to discuss all things JAWS.
We "finatics" love to discuss a range of topics from simply stating our opinions about specific scenes in the book or film to more technical discussions about the craft of filmmaking and the complexities involved in the literally thousands of behind-the-scenes activities that made Jaws the timeless classic that it is.

We hope you'll take the time to go over these guidelines (very few) before posting, but most of all HAVE FUN!

1. Keep profanity to a minimum. We're all about freedom of speech here, so an occasional colorful interjection is fine, but we also have a lot of younger members coming through here, so keep that in mind. Just use your common sense. Same thing goes for images and video.
2. No impersonating other members. We've had problems with it in the past, so just don't do it.
3. NO POSTING IN ALL CAPS. IT LOOKS LIKE YOU'RE YELLING EVERYTHING AT THE TOP OF YOUR LUNGS!!!
4. No bashing other members. Tongue-in-cheek fun and harmless ribbing is encouraged (we're all friends here), but please respect the dignity of every fellow Jaws fan.[/b]

Hi. My family used to regularly make the pilgrimage to whichever cinema was showing Jaws in the ’70′s so i saw it loads of times on the big screen. Just last year myself and my girlfriend went to see it at a cinema here in London where they were showing an original print of it – until the film broke and they put the dvd on. Still magic and i never tire of it.
An all time classic.
I just listed a rare vintage 3D Jaws poster on ebay. Great addition to any collection. Check it out. Glasses are still attached.
I have been aJaws fan since 1975, can’t count the number of times I have seen the film. My wife says I should go on Mastermind answering questions on the original film.
The film has made me a shark fanatic and I might next year live my dream by going down in a cage either S.Africa or Austrailia.
Hi, I live in the UK and would like to get a copy of Jaws in an unedited version, before the british cilm censors got at it with the scissors. Does such a version exist? I’ve bought 2 different versions, one an anniversary edition, but these do not have anything new.
